How to model social impact?

We accompany the Mobility ADO foundation to redefine its social intervention model in order to align its impact programs to the needs of the territory where the company operates.

Given the relevance of a sustainable operation that impacts  on economic, social and environmental development in strategic areas of Grupo ADO. We support the redesign of your business foundation to link social impact actions to the productive vocation of the Company: CONNECT A TERRITORY.

 

This was achieved through a partial strategic alignment Mobility ADO and Fundación ADO. The actions of the strategy managed to add the business units to the Foundation's initiatives in communication, volunteering and alliances in investment in projects, among others. All this under a regulatory framework that considered the contributions of the units as part of their performance indicators.

WE GENERATE

The socialization of the next moment of the Foundation with the president and his council to achieve the partial transition as well as direct involvement with the rest of the company's units. The process is fundamentally materialized in the approach and philosophy of the Foundation on its website as well as in its vision statement.

FEATURED

As a result of the participatory exercises with the different corporate units, the Foundation became relevant and managed to include indicators in each direction to consolidate a partial integration.
