How to promote sustainability and the generation of own income of CSOs?

2017, 2018, 2019

Program of workshops for the design of business models for social enterprises, within the framework of the edition of the project Creating Economic Opportunities.

During the work cycle, a process of close accompaniment was promoted, tailored to each organization, each with different products, work schemes and levels of entrepreneurship. Some of the achievements were:

  • Valorization of work. Appreciating the value of their time and knowledge   they rectified the value of their products

  • Confidence in your abilities. They strengthened their self-esteem and gained   confidence in what they do

  • Formalization of your productive activity. By improving the profitability of their  work, they decided to dedicate themselves 100% to this activity

  • Precise knowledge of the client. Identify purchasing patterns and define the  profiles of your customers.

  • Improvement of the relationship between beneficiaries and organizations. Horizontal communication   and building autonomy in the marketing process
