How to transform the work culture in one of the largest companies in Mexico?
March 2015
The challenge consisted of getting a recently created area with more than 3,500 people throughout the Republic to adopt a new philosophy of work by processes, this implied developing a culture within a culture.
We start from an active research methodology in which we define the problem with an integrative perspective in which we consider three pillars:
A symbol that managed to synthesize the fundamental values of the strategy.
Train a group of change agents (Mobilizers) to transmit it first-hand.
A communication campaign that would evolve over time.
These pillars were the main engine to guarantee the replicable transmission mechanisms of the strategy. As part of the adoption strategy, the launch of the strategy was held as a great event with the presence of the three deputy directors and the director of the DCTIPN.
WE GENERATE
A one-year program that included the selection, training and implementation of a first working group to replicate the strategy as well as a communication campaign that accompanied the initiative.
